Nexus Membership Welcome Offer Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to the Nexus Welcome Offer and should be read in conjunction with the standard Nexus Membership Terms & Conditions.

Welcome Offer Pricing

The Welcome Offer is available at an introductory rate of:

  • €199 per year for annual membership; or
  • €20 per month for monthly membership, subject to a minimum 12-month commitment.

The standard membership rate is:

  • €499 per year; or
  • €50 per month.
Retention of Welcome Offer Rate

Members who join under the Welcome Offer will retain their introductory membership rate for as long as their membership remains active and in good standing.

If a membership is cancelled, suspended, expires, lapses, or otherwise becomes inactive for any reason, Nexus reserves the right to reinstate membership at the prevailing standard membership rate in effect at the time of rejoining.

The Welcome Offer may be amended, withdrawn, or closed to new members at any time without notice. Existing members who maintain an active membership will continue to receive their Welcome Offer rate in accordance with these terms.

Tailored Marketing System

The Tailored Marketing System, valued at €749, is available exclusively to members who select and maintain an annual membership plan.

Members paying monthly are not eligible for the Tailored Marketing System as part of the Welcome Offer.

The Tailored Marketing System has no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, credit, or alternative services.

Monthly Membership Commitment

Members selecting a monthly payment option commit to a minimum membership term of twelve (12) months.

Monthly memberships may not be cancelled during the initial 12-month commitment period unless otherwise agreed in writing by Nexus.

Business Profile Creation

Business profile creation and publication may take up to fifteen (15) business days from the date all required information has been received by Nexus.

Nexus is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late submission of required information.

General

Standard Nexus Membership Terms & Conditions apply.

Nexus reserves the right to amend these terms and the Welcome Offer at any time.
